If you would like to apply for Security Token please login to your account and go to [My Account] -> [Security Center] -> [Apply now] -> Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the application.
Since you have also referred this to your bank and the have cancelled your VISA card, there should not be any misuse of your credit/debit card details.
In order to recognize genuine emails sent from Moneybookers from phishing emails, please, check the reminders below:
1. Our emails to you will always contain your name in the headline;
2. The Moneybookers official website is www.moneybookers.com and any other URL should be considered false;
3. Moneybookers requires that you access your account ONLY using the login link on the Moneybookers homepage;
4. Moneybookers and its representatives will NEVER send you an email asking you to provide your login details within a form provided or to click on a hyperlink to access your account;
5. Always check whether you are accessing your Moneybookers account from a secured connection (htppS:// - the 's' indicates the page is secured). Always check whether a 'padlock' is present in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser. Double click the padlock to verify that the security certificate is issued to www.moneybookers.com.
