Terms & Conditions:
1. This promotional period begins on 1.1.2012 - 12:00 CET and ends on 31.1.2012 - 23:59 CET.
2. The General Terms & Conditions of Cashpoint Malta Ltd. apply.
3. The bonus is a 100% first deposit bonus up to a maximum amount of 100 Euro. Customers having an account currency other than Euro will receive the equivalent maximum amount in their account currency according to the current daily rate.
4. This promotion is NOT valid for customers from the following countries: Slovenia, Ukraine, England, Belarus, Poland, Russia, Moldova and Portugal.
5. The bonus is valid for all real money payment methods.
6. The minimum deposit is 10 EUR (or equivalent amount in the customers account currency).
7. The first deposit bonus applies exclusively for an initial deposit with real money to a new betting account at cashpoint.com.
8. The first deposit bonus is only available once per customer, account, household, set of payment details and IP addresses. In the case of multiple registration(s) or new registration(s) by (an) existing customer(s), Cashpoint reserves the right to close the account(s) of that/those player(s) and to cancel all bonuses and winnings resulting thereof.
9. The bonus conditions/wager requirements are as follows:
9a. The deposited amount, equivalent to the bonus amount, has to be turned around 8 times on Sportbets at minimum odds of 2,0.
9b. Bets or Gameplay on Powerraces and Casino do not contribute to meet the conditions.
9c. If two or more bets are placed on different outcomes of the same bet or the same event, the whole bonus becomes invalid.
9d. The bonus conditions have to be met within 90 days from the inital deposit, otherwise the bonus will be void.
9e. As soon as all conditions are met, the bonus will be credited the customers account and is free to use.
10. The bonus is NOT playable until the bonus conditions are met.
11. The granted bonus and the fullfilled and missing wager requirements can be seen under „My Account“.
12. If a customer requests a withdrawal before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus will be void.
13. The bonus is intended exclusively for the accounts of amateur players and is only granted to such players accordingly. Professional players and player syndicates, player communities and multiple applications will not be rewarded a bonus. The bonus cannot be used in connection with other offers either. In this respect, Cashpoint´s decision is final and not negotiable.
14. If one of the above mentioned conditions is not kept, the bonus will be void.
15. Cashpoint reserves the right to change or cancel the type and duration of the promotion at any time. |
