Uvjeti su pomalo komplicirani i nejasni i imate ih u cjelosti u nastavku:

2. This promotion is available only for new customers who opened 1bet account.
3. This promotion is given only once per household/ account/ IP address.
4. In order to participate in the promotion, send your username and your bet ID to csd@1bet.com with the e-mail title: “Free first bet”. Only e-mails which were received before the game resulted will participate in the promotion.
5. If your first settled bet is a losing bet, your 1Bet account will be credited with your losing stake, up to 30€/25£/35$ (or equivalent).
6. Your account will be credited ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE ROLLED OVER YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY AT LEAST 5 TIMES with odds greater than 1.8. Push/cancelled bets, are not counted as a turnover.
7. If your first settled bet is a winning bet, you are not entitled for any refund, and it cannot be withdrawn before rolled over at least 5 times with odds greater than 1.8.
8. Only single bets are valid for this promotion.
9. The first settled bet, as received on 1Bet side, is the qualifying bet.
10. The minimum bet for this promotion must be 10 € or greater.
11. Odds for first free bet must be equal (or greater) than 2.0.
12. 1Bet reserves the right to cancel this promotion to any customer or group of customers, according to its judicial opinion.
13. 1Bet reserves the right to review transaction records and logs whenever needed, for any reason. In case, following these reviews, that accounts identified or suspected as non-recreational play type or wager style or collaboration between parties is not eligible for this promotion and are subject to have any awarded bonuses plus winnings to be revoked at the sole discretion of 1BET .

Rezime uvjeta bi po meni bio sljedeći:
- Kvalifikacijska oklada treba biti singl na tečaj 2,0 i minimalno treba iznositi 10 eura.
- Povrat uloga trebate tražiti putem emaila prije završetka utakmice na koju ste se kladili.
- Ako izgubite prvu okladu trebate izvršiti novu uplatu i odigrati rollover 5x na minimalni tečaj 1,80 prije nego dobijete povrat.
- Ako dobijete prvu okladu također trebate odigrati 5x rollover. Ovdje nije jasno navedeno, ali dalo bi se zaključiti da ako ne pošaljete email sa zahtijevm za povrat ne trebate odigrati rollover. Ovo bi trebalo provjeriti ako se netko nađe u takvoj situaciji.
Ja sam bonus odigrao i na kraju zatražio isplatu, te nisam imao problema a ovo su moji dojmovi:
- Koriste jednak software i ponudu zajedno s tečajevima kao i 12bet, što znači da imaju odlične koeficijente na azijski hendikep.
- Da bi te poslali email kojim tražite povrat uloga trebate otvoriti poseban račun za korisničku podršku. To možete napraviti na https://support.1bet.com.
- Kada uplaćujete novac na kladionicu isti vam najprije sijeda na casino račun. Trebate izvršiti transfer sa casino računa na sportski da bi te se mogli kladiti. Također ako tražite isplatu najprije trebate transferirati novac na casino račun pa zatim tražiti isplatu.
